Booking: 20% non-refundable deposit at confirmation, balance at check-in by cash, card or bank transfer. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. A valid ID is required for the mandatory guest registration. Cancellation: the deposit is retained in case of cancellation or no-show. Pets allowed on request with a supplement. Children allowed from age 5. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
